Nicole C. Allen, MS CCC-SLP, is the founder and CEO of ACE Speech & Language, LLC, established in January 2018 to provide accessible, high-quality speech and language therapy to children and families in underserved communities.
With over 26 years of professional experience, Nicole is a respected leader in the field of communication disorders. She holds a master’s degree from Florida State University, is nationally certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a proud recipient of the ASHA Award for Continuing Education (ACE) for her dedication to professional growth. Nicole is also a certified SOS Feeding Specialist, providing specialized therapy for picky eaters and problem feeders.
Currently, she serves as a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist, Diagnostician, and Clinical Supervisor, where she oversees clinical programs, mentors new clinicians, and performs comprehensive evaluations for children with complex communication needs.
Nicole also holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Supervisor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where she mentors graduate-level clinicians in evidence-based assessment and treatment. Her academic and supervisory roles reflect her passion for developing the next generation of speech-language professionals.
With a unique blend of clinical excellence, business acumen, and community-driven purpose, Nicole continues to expand ACE Speech & Language's reach—empowering children to find their voice and thrive at home, in school, and in life.
